So much is written about how to get your minimum five a day of fruit and vegetables and obviously this article is talking about trying for more. Five a day is the minimum. A great way is to juice vegetables and hard fruits such as apples and pears. Beetroot, carrot, ginger and apple makes a great flavour. Let me know what you think!
